A familiar Rotorua stay has a new name. Marsden Stay Rotorua is becoming Park Central Rotorua, marking a new chapter for our hotel at 273 Fenton Street.
While our name is changing, the things our guests know and enjoy remain. You'll still find us in the same convenient location in the heart of Rotorua's accommodation district, with comfortable rooms, warm hospitality and easy access to the city's attractions, dining and geothermal experiences.
Same Stay, New Name
Park Central Rotorua brings a fresh identity to the hotel, while continuing to offer the comfortable and convenient stay our guests have come to expect.
Our range of rooms includes options for solo travellers, couples, families and groups, from our Standard Queen Room through to our spacious Two Bedroom Suite and Deluxe King with Spa.
Guests can also continue to enjoy our heated outdoor pool, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a convenient location just a short distance from central Rotorua.
Something New is Coming
Alongside our new name, we're also looking forward to welcoming guests to our new onsite café, opening 1 September.
The café will add another convenient option to your stay, whether you're starting the morning before heading out to explore Rotorua or simply looking to enjoy a relaxed start to the day.
